How is pricing structured?
All engagements are monthly retainers or time-boxed phases, with a fixed and predictable monthly cost. We do not offer hourly billing.
Is there a long-term commitment?
No long-term employment-style commitments. Engagements are typically monthly with a defined notice period, making it easy to start, adjust, or conclude the collaboration responsibly.
Who owns the intellectual property?
The client owns 100% of the source code and intellectual property. All work is delivered directly into the client’s repositories.
Do you support NDAs and data protection agreements?
Yes. DigitalJet routinely works under NDAs and supports GDPR-compliant data processing agreements (DPA) when required.
Where is the work performed?
All work is performed nearshore in Europe, aligned with EU time zones and business hours. This enables efficient collaboration with EU, UK, DACH, and Nordic teams.
How do you handle security and access?
Access is limited to what is strictly necessary and follows client security policies. Credentials, repositories, and infrastructure remain under client ownership at all times.
How is communication handled?
You work directly with a single Android engineer. Regular updates, planning syncs, and clear documentation ensure transparency and alignment.
How quickly can onboarding happen?
Onboarding typically starts within 24–48 hours after contract signing and access setup, depending on the client’s internal processes.
Is DigitalJet suitable for enterprise environments?
Yes. DigitalJet is designed for teams that need predictable delivery, clear ownership, and senior accountability - without adding permanent headcount.
